Across eastern and south-eastern Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula
The right support worker changes everything. It's what we care most about.

Careneeds is registered for restrictive practices, with the experience to support people with complex needs safely, respectfully and in line with their support requirements.
Careneeds is a registered NDIS provider based in Scoresby, supporting people with disability and older Australians across Melbourne's east, south-east and the Mornington Peninsula. We take the time to get to know each person we support: their goals, their preferences and what matters to them day to day. That's how we build support teams that actually work. Whether you're exploring your options, ready to start or looking to switch providers, we'd love to talk.

Many of our team members have supported family members with disability or navigated the aged care system themselves. That firsthand experience shapes the way we work — with patience,
practical knowledge and genuine empathy.
Before support begins, we offer a no-obligation meet and greet so you can get to know us. There's no pressure,
just a relaxed conversation about what you're looking for and how we might help.
We welcome people from all backgrounds, cultures and communities. Everyone who comes to Careneeds, for
NDIS support or aged care, is treated with respect.
Careneeds is a registered NDIS provider, including registration for behaviour support and restrictive practices. We operate under the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework, which protects the rights, safety and wellbeing of the people we support. Compliance is part of how we work. It means being accountable, acting carefully and providing support that meets the standards people have every right to expect.
Supporting self-managed, plan-managed and agency-managed participants
Careneeds provides NDIS and aged care support services across Melbourne’s east, south-east and outer east, including areas around Boroondara, Whitehorse, Monash, Knox, Maroondah, Yarra Ranges and the Mornington Peninsula. Our support team is local to these areas, giving participants, families and older Australians access to people who understand the surrounding suburbs, services and communities.
Call us to talk through your support options, or use our referrals page if you're contacting us on someone else's behalf. We're easy to talk to and happy to help.
