If your disability prevents you from accessing social activities without assistance, then you could qualify for community participation supports.
Speak to Care Needs about being your provider for this service and we will allocate a support worker to discuss your specific social preferences. Whether you wish to join an art class, volunteer, learn how to sing or play a sport, we can help you live your dream. Your personal carer will accompany you to your activities to make sure you are safe and cared for at all times.
