Complex Care and behavioural support
CareNeeds has a wide team of support workers and carers that have the skills required to support individuals with complex needs under the NDIS. We promote and actively monitor ongoing training for our team to stay up to date with industry leading best care practices. Our complex care and behavioural support extends to, but is not limited to;
- Providing support to all age groups;
- Supporting with complex disability needs;
- Supporting with complex behavioural needs.
CareNeeds will actively work with you and/or your doctor as required to ensure an adequate plan is in place to manage and support any complex care, or provide behavioural support.
